IS THERE A CHARGE WHEN AN EXCHANGE IS CONFIRMED?Yes, Upon the completion and execution of the Exchange Contract, a fee is due and payable to DEI by each of the owners participating in the exchange.
HOW DO CLUB MEMBERS TAKE ADVANTAGE OF DEI PROGRAMS?DEI will periodically mail a DEI Portfolio to all DEI participants listing all clubs and other qualifying resorts whose owners are eligible to participate in the exchange program. The Exchange Directory will contain information concerning club locations, residence descriptions, services and amenities to assist in selecting exchange clubs and exchange dates
