Club Quinta Real members enjoy the best tropical vacations possible. They reside in elegant, beach front villas on an unlimited, year-round basis, subject to Club reservation policies. The Club’s private residences have two- and three-bedrooms and are 2,540 square feet and 3,220 square feet, respectively.


Contrary to popular belief, purchasing Mexican real estate by foreign nationals is simple and safe. A law passed in 1994 permits foreigners to acquire coastal property through a bank trust, which is a legal substitute for fee simple ownership. As a beneficiary of the trust, you have the right to use, sell, transfer or will your ownership in a perpetuity through the 50-year renewable trust.
